360 VR Test Drive Mobility Experience

Real-Life Situations

Welcome to our virtual reality mobility experience where you can "test-drive" a mobility scooter, virtually. On this page, you will find some really neat videos we put together in virtual reality format. You don't need virtual reality goggles, but if you have a pair, you can use them for a completely immersive experience.

The purpose of these videos is to demonstrate how you can maintain an independent lifestyle with little to no help at all. We understand not everyone has the same needs, but this interactive content is something many of our subscribers can benefit from. The videos on this page are equipped with Virtual Reality technology. You can use any VR headset, or click and drag your mouse around to change the viewpoint. These videos were done with 360-degree cameras at popular locations such as Orlando Florida where all the famous theme parks are located.  Enjoy!

Universal Studios & Islands of Adventures

In the video above, you can experience what it's like to have a mobility scooter at a theme park such as Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures. If you have grandchildren or nephews/nephews that go to theme parks, you should strongly consider getting a mobility scooter to use to make the experience way more enjoyable. Having a mobility device when at a theme park has many benefits including being able to navigate through the park with comfort and freedom. In some cases, you can get away with skipping up front in the lines with a mobility scooter if you have a fast pass. We also noticed that if you have a mobility scooter you also get better seats upfront on most shows and transportation trollies. All in all, whether you can only stand up for short periods of time or if you rely on a mobility scooter for daily use, bring one to a theme park is not a bad idea. Just be sure to bring a big poncho in case it starts to rain so you can cover yourself and the scooter.

Drew thought it would be a nifty idea if he would take one of our largest recreational scooters through a drive-thru. While McDonald's was just around the corner, Drew hopped on the Pride Mobility Wrangler MV600. As he drove down the street to grab a quick bite to eat, he simply pulled up in the drive-thru. Crossing a Busy Intersection on a Mobility Scooter

Crossing a busy intersection properly is very important for your safety. This is a video that we made to show users how to safely use a crosswalk with a mobility scooter. In this video, Andrew is using the Go-Go Elite Traveller mobility scooter which is a very dependable, comfortable, and affordable model made by Pride Mobility. This has been one of our top-selling travel-friendly mobility scooters for over 3 years and it continues to impress our customers with its performance and maneuverability. As you will see in the video above, most drivers that are on the road do not give you the right-of-way that you would expect. That is why it's crucial that you are extremely aware and alert as to what is going on around you. You should ALWAYS look both ways before crossing any intersection and assume drivers cannot see you.
