This is a bit of a long shot, but I need help with something.
My Go-Go Elite Traveller console was really damaged in the boot of my car, it was pretty much crushed.
So I’ve 3D printed a replacement, but I’m having issues wiring it back up.
I have removed the push button for the horn and the POT for the speed, and it is working, kind-of. If I push too fast on the throttle in either direction the scooter stops and I get the error beeps. I have to gauge it not to push it too hard or it cuts out. So I’m guessing the POT which controlled the speed had some limit on it, but I can’t seem to get it right. I wish I took photos of it before I started messing with it, but I didn’t.
I’ve tried to put a resistance in parallel with the throttle POT to see at what point it cuts out, but the scooter doesn’t like that and refuses to work at all, just the error beeps.
Does anybody have a wiring diagram of the inside of the console showing what each wire does, or where it connects to?
